Gratitude for the Path….

Reflections as a Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator:

I feel so much gratitude for the work I do as a Shamanic Breathwork facilitator. To be honest, I truly love it. It’s a calling that continues to stretch me, ground me, and open my heart wider than I ever thought possible.

What an honour it is to do this work.

I often meet people at incredibly vulnerable times in their lives—when the ground beneath them is shifting, when life has taken an unexpected turn, or when they feel the call to deepen their spiritual connection. Vulnerability takes many forms, and whether it's grief, transition, awakening, or surrender, I’m reminded again and again that this is sacred ground.

My clients come to me when their lives are changing—sometimes by choice, sometimes because they must. And each time, I am trusted to hold a safe and sacred space for them to soften, to feel, and to allow their process to unfold.

As a Shamanic Breathwork facilitator, my role may sound simple on the surface: to guide with the breath, to hold space. But what happens in that space is profound. It is big energy work. I show up as an empty vessel—witnessing, allowing, guiding, and holding deep compassion as old stories, suppressed emotions, and long-held traumas rise to be met, loved, and released.

This is not something I take lightly. I feel deeply honoured every time I sit in this work, and I carry so much gratitude for each person who chooses to trust me with their healing journey. Through serving others, I continue to grow and evolve in my own path.

Because this work is so deep, I also commit to being held. I regularly sit with my own Breathwork facilitator (who is amazing), to keep tending to my own layers, to unwind what no longer serves me. The deeper you go, the deeper you go—and I believe the more I clear within myself, the more I can hold for others.

If you're feeling the call to explore your inner world, to let go of old stories, or simply to breathe more fully into who you are—I would love to hold that safe space for you.

With gratitude,
Shanie 💜
