You can use this Breathwork meditation whether you have, or have not experienced Breathwork before. However, if you have not experienced Breathwork with a facilitator, I do recommend having a session with me first. Having someone hold space takes the session to the next level, so using the mediation between Breathwork sessions takes your journey deeper and deeper.
