Each session begins with a gentle conversation to set your intentions. You’ll then lie down and simply relax while I work intuitively with your energy body.

Using light, hands-on placement (or hovering hands if remote), I channel healing energy to help:

• Clear and rebalance the chakras

• Release stuck emotional or energetic patterns

• Restore flow through your energetic layers

You may feel warmth, tingling, emotions rising and releasing — or simply a deep sense of stillness and peace.
