Join Shanie & Erin for an afternoon of somatic movement and breath at Alchemy of Life Wellness Centre, in the beautiful Swan Valley.

When we come together to breathe, we cultivate a deep sense of connection as the energy in the space amplifies our Breathwork journey. This creates a space of profound healing and self-awareness.

We begin with an introduction to the Breathwork technique/s, experience a somatic movement meditation to prepare the body, before moving onto up to an hour and 20 minutes of Conscious Connected Breathwork, where the magic happens.

We value the intimacy of a smaller group as this offers the opportunity for you to be fully seen, heard and acknowledged in your process. Shanie are Erin are offering a maximum of 12 places for this special event.

Costs: $95 per ticket - comfortable mats are provided; but please bring a blanket. We will close with light refreshments, with time to reflect on your afternoon. All are welcome.
