If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself and let go of what no longer serves you, this intimate breathwork journey offers a safe, supportive space to go deep.

Introduction to Breathwork — understand the method and what you may experience
Guided Meditation or Shamanic Journey — settle into your body and open to the breath
