The power of Intention Setting.
You’ve booked in your Breathwork session and have been asked to bring nothing except your intention. You may be wondering what exactly that is and how do I find it? Setting intentions can greatly enhance your experience as well as the potential to integrate growth and healing into your life.
To help find your intention for your Breathwork session, you may start with downloading my free intentions setting worksheet below or you can simply ask yourself the following questions -
What is my main motivation for participating in this Breathwork journey?
Where in my life do you feel the most need for change?
What’s working for me? What’s not working? Is there anything missing, or a sense of anything missing? What’s next for me?
What do I want to create?
Where in my life do you feel most powerful and alive? Where do I energized? Where do I feel drained?
What are my strengths and weaknesses?
How do I want to feel after my Breathwork session?
Trust and holding your intention lightly.
Verbally sharing your intention can be very powerful, as there is a lot of power in the spoken word. Ultimately your body and breath will guide you where you need to go, so hold your intention lightly and trust that it will guide you as you are meant to.
