How often should I practice Breathwork?

“How often should I practice Breathwork” is a question I get asked quite regularly. I encourage my clients to practice the Breathwork technique at home, on their own, either every day OR when they feel called to. The only caveat I have is that the sessions are kept to shorter practices of up 15 minutes.

These shorter sessions can be really helpful to do when you are feeling stuck or pressured to shift that energy, or if you need a quick release for other reasons.  I suggest keeping those longer sessions for when you are looking to go deeper, need to find clarity or need to move through something that’s bubbling away. And to go really deep and move that hidden energetic material, being guided with a facilitator is ideal.
